News and Upcoming Events 

Linville Creek has committed to providing food for the Fulks Run Elementary weekend food bag program for the remainder of the school year. This program serves about 60 children and we provide two bags of food per weekend per child (about 120 bags in total every week)! This is a big undertaking and donations are needed and much appreciated to help fulfill the mission of easing food insecurity in our area.

If you feel led, here are some suggested items for donation.

• plastic bags.

• nuts

• canned fruit or vegetables

• soups

• canned tuna or chicken

• rice

• shelf-stable milk

• applesauce

• cereal and oatmeal packets

• granola bars, crackers, goldfish, pretzels

• ravioli, and mac & cheese.

• These are simply suggestions so other similar non-perishable food items are also welcome. We will also accept monetary donations to help in buying food.
