Ways we serve
Service is an important way we live out our faith. Our congregation seeks ways to serve our community and world. Some examples of how members of our congregation are serving are disaster ministry response, refugee resettlement, meals on wheels, hosting Red Cross blood drives, youth workcamps, and more!

Good Food Market
Linville Creek has been collecting items for Broadway Highschool's good food school market and kind closet. For more information of how you can help reach out to the church office.

Community Fellowship Meal
We provide a free monthly dinner for anyone who would like to attend. This is a wonderful time of fellowship and opportunity to let someone else doing the cooking for a night. This takes place every third Wednesday of the month from 5-6:30 p.m.

Comfort Knotting
The comfort knotting group gathers each month to make blankets that go to support many in our community and beyond. All are welcome and no experience is required! In 2024 the group donated 84 blankets! 37 went to the Ruritans for flood recovery, 26 were donated to Salvation Army, 16 to the Mercy House, 5 others were donated for various causes!
